On Thursday, CPI(M) state secretary and Leader of the Opposition Jitendra Chaudhury appeared before the First Class Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1, to testify in the case. The hearing was held at the bench of Judicial Magistrate Abhijit Adhikari, with advocate Haribol Debnath representing the CPI(M).During the proceedings, Jitendra Chaudhury’s statement was formally recorded before the Hon’ble Judge.
